We offer specialized consulting and facilitation services to help corporate teams scope, run, and assess Artificial Intelligence (AI) pilots. Our services include:

• Pilot Scoping Sessions: A structured evaluation to define clear goals, data requirements, and risk assessments for specific AI concepts.
• Guided Pilot Sprints: End-to-end facilitation of short-term AI pilots, including planning, regular alignment calls, and results documentation.
• Pilot-to-Production Advisory: Long-term advisory engagements assisting teams in determining scalability, infrastructure needs, and production architecture.

Our activities strictly cover strategic advisory and project framework development. We act as independent advisors and do not resell third-party software, hardware, or cloud-infrastructure capacities.

3. Pricing and Terms of Payment

The applicable prices are those stated on the website or specified in the custom commercial proposal at the time of booking or contract signing. All payments are due immediately upon receipt of the invoice, unless alternative terms are mutually agreed upon in writing.

4. Right of Withdrawal

As our services are primarily targeted at business entities, corporate teams, and professional clients, standard consumer cancellation regulations may not apply. However, for any applicable individual agreements, clients retain the right to withdraw from the service contract within 14 days without giving reasons, provided the active execution of the consulting project or tailored scoping has not yet commenced with the client’s explicit prior consent.

5. Liability

We are committed to delivering our consulting, scoping metrics, and advisory frameworks with the highest degree of professional care and industry standard methodology. We act strictly as an independent strategic advisor. Any liability regarding the final internal commercial success of the implemented AI models, data accuracy inside the client’s private network, or performance issues stemming from third-party infrastructure providers (such as external cloud platforms or hardware suppliers) is explicitly excluded.
